90 Day Advanced Replacment Service

If there are any problems with the product you purchased from us within the first 90 days, we'll ship you a replacement item along with a prepaid call tag to ship the original product back. The original product must be returned within 14 days to avoid being charged for the value of the replacement item. The "90 Day" advanced replacement service only applies to products with a one year warranty. A "14 Day" advanced replacement service is included for products that are covered with a 90 day warranty. You must have a valid credit card on file to qualify for this service. Please note that our advanced replacement service is only offered to products covered under warranty by Five Stars Telecom. Any products that come with a manufacturer's warranty will have to be dealt with their respective Manufacturer in case of an issue.

Returns

For your convenience, we offer returns on our products. All customers have 14 days after receiving the item to notify us of a return. It is the buyers responsibility to pay for return shipping expenses. When a product is returned, the refund includes the total charge amount MINUS the shipping charge. If the product that is being returned qualified for free shipping when purchased, the refund includes the total charge amount MINUS the "free" shipping expense we incurred. A 25% restocking fee will be applied on all product returns. Returned products must include all original packaging, documentation, and accessories. Incomplete or defective returns will be refused. All software and software transaction fees are purchased as-is and are not eligible for return. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled prior to it being shipped from our warehouse. Once an order is shipped, an order cannot be cancelled and a return authorization must be requested. A 25% restock fee is applied on all product returns.

Technical Support

We offer one free technical support call (maximum of 15 minutes) related to your purchase within 30 days of your order. This call can cover feature related issues, equipment setup, and troubleshooting. Extensive system support is scheduled by appointment and charged hourly ($85/hour - maximum of 4 calls OR $25 per 15 minute call).

All information submitted to Five Stars Telecom is held private. We DO NOT sell any customer information.
